Google Analylics is a free service which is available for anyone who has a Google account. It offers a set of analytics tools necessary for studying the behaviour flow of your customers across multiple channels. It is seamlessly integrated with other Google products as well.

All the data Google Analytics provides with can be divided into 3 groups:

1. Acquisition - gives you an insight on what drives the most traffic to your website.
2. Behaviour - sheds a light on how visitors interact with your website.
3. Conversions - gives a deeper understanding how people convert on your website.

Google Analytics will help you to detect what prevent your visitors from converting and to come up with the problem solution using the data provided.
