If you want to allow your customers order products that are not in stock at the moment, this add-on is for you.

Key features

Two more options on product page in admin area: whether a product is available for back-order and when back-ordered products will arrive to your shop.
Import and export of these options are supported.
You can see quantities of all back-ordered products, so you can plan how many goods to order from your supplier.

Please be aware that this does not in any way allow for a PREORDER. This should not be in the title of the addon or mentioned in any way since it will not process preorders. It is strictly backorder module. At this time there is still no plan or ETA for it to process preorders. Please do not waste your money if you need to sell preorders. This addon will not handle as confirmed from XCart.
