This tool is a jQuery-based banner system. It allows using both images and HTML-code as a banner anywhere in your store. It helps to promote products, events or offers using a wide list of effects. The add-on is fully responsive and compatible with all built-in color schemes (themes) of X-Cart 5.

Another useless addon. I got this to get a responsive banner I could overlay text onto. The kind you see absolutely everywhere online - INCLUDING in xcarts various examples/templates. But there appears to be NO WAY to alter the font used, or its placement (in the middle), or its size, or even do things like make it bold or not. As for adding a button, forget it. Of course I could make an HTML banner & use that - but if I could make HTML banners I wouldnt have needed to buy this. Unless an addone specifically says it can do the exact ting you want dont ever assume.

The banner system works really well. Does just about everything you can throw at it, however, there is very minor behavioral feature that I would like to see; the banner system should pause transitioning between adds upon mouse-over and stop transitioning when control buttons are used/clicked. Otherwise, I can't fault it. It's perfect for our needs.
