Catalog Subtitles add-on is an X-Cart 5 add-on which allows admin to set alternative titles for categories, products, pages and brands and use them either as subtitles or replacement for the actual titles on their respective pages. This can greatly help improve SEO for these types of pages.

• Installs as an add-on so you can easily turn it on/off when required.
• Add alternative title for categories, products, pages and brands (brands require the use of Shop by Brands add-on).
• Use it to display subtitle or to replace existing titles these pages. Each page type can be set individually in the add-on's settings.
• Great for adding additional (or different) category H1 / H2 tag.

* Note: This add-on has not been developed or tested with X-Cart 5 Multivendor version.

** Important Notice: As of January 2026, this add-on will no longer be actively maintained. Only critical bug fixes will be provided for X-Cart 5.5.1.x through June 2026. The add-on will not be updated for compatibility with any X-Cart versions beyond 5.5.1.x.
