This add-on will help you add Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page on your site and answer all the popular questions your customers ask. The add-on allows for grouping the questions and their answers based on common criteria (group/section).

Key Features

• Installs as a add-on so you can easily turn it on/off when required.
• The add-on will add top menu item FAQ upon installation (disabled by default).
• Add subtitle and/or text to the head of the page.
• Create separate sections to group question together.
• Add subtitle and/or text for each group.
• Each group can be turned on/off; questions within disabled group do not show on storefront.
• Each question can be turned on/off.
• Questions without group assigned are automatically listed under General.
• Questions can hold text and images and support full html formatting.

* Note: This add-on has not been developed or tested with X-Cart 5 Multivendor version.

** Important Notice: As of January 2026, this add-on will no longer be actively maintained. Only critical bug fixes will be provided for X-Cart 5.5.1.x through June 2026. The add-on will not be updated for compatibility with any X-Cart versions beyond 5.5.1.x.
