Follow these steps to integrate HelpDesk with your X-Cart:

  1. Log in to your X-Cart administration panel. Then, go to Design > Customization.
  2. Click the Customize storefront button.
  3. From there, create an empty template file in the section or subpage where you want to add your contact form (for example, in the footer section). Name it helpdesk and press "Enter."
  4. Copy the Publish on website installation code from your HelpDesk application, and paste it into the helpdesk template.
  5. All that is left is to click "Save."

And you’re good to go! Your HelpDesk contact form is now added to your X-Cart store.
