If you are selling on multiple marketplaces, it's important to keep inventory updated and deliver orders as soon as possible. With the FairAPI add-on you can sync inventory across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok and your system. Your online orders from the marketplace get downloaded to your backend, so you can manage and prioritize deliveries from one place.

Key features

- Pushing product inventory to the marketplaces as soon as possible. Any inventory change triggers a sync action across the systems (whether you have changed a product quantity manually or have received a new order for that product).

- Importing orders from all connected marketplaces to the system (including full information about customers and items purchased).

- Sending order tracking numbers back to the marketplaces.

- Automatically matching products by sku and starting synchronization once you connect a new marketplace.

- No limits for number of products or orders.

If you also sell on Ebay, Walmart, Amazon and or Etsy this is a must have. We drove our self crazy for years trying to manage inventory across all site. Viktor helped us set it up which was very easy to do. After one inventory all sites have been tracking inventory and all seems to be well. With out a doubt one of the best module purchases we have ever made.

Great module that easily solved our long lasting problem of all sales accounting channels.
We have been looking for a solution since 2015 and tried 4 other variants, but none of them seemed fitting. Either the prices are too high or none of the functions we needed.
The only one with functionality that we need and optimal price is Fairapi. We are using it for over a year for all of our sales channels such as: Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify.

This was one of the few modules out there that has multiple marketplaces all in one, as an etsy seller, I needed to keep track of my inventory across all channels. Many modules currently either do Etsy+Ebay or Etsy+Amazon, and it is hard to find all 3 + Walmart.

This module is fairly straight forward and is great for managing my inventory and pricing across all marketplaces to keep everything consistent. Never had any issues and the ease of use makes it worth it for multi channel sellers.

It imports orders from all marketplaces so you can ship/etc from the main admin.

- Default X-Cart cron installation is required.

- We recommend to set the REST API read/write key in the REST API module settings.

- Each marketplace has its own API request number limits and we have to follow that and group updates.

- Frequency of inventory synchronization depends on your cron settings and usually happens within 5 minutes after the cron execution. Average time for inventory sync is 15 min (depending on marketplaces’ queries).

- Order synchronization and tracking information submission usually happens within 5 minutes (maximum 15 minutes).

- Product matching is by SKU, so you need to prepare marketplace (empty sku products are ignored).

- Once a marketplace is connected, some time is required to receive all details about your catalog, so initial catalog inventory sync starts working within 1 hour.

You need to create a FairAPI account for the module operation. You can register a new account right on the settings page or you can sign in to your existing FairAPI account if you have one already.

There is a free 7-day trial period that provides full access to the FairAPI service.

Please note that you have to use a unique FairAPI account per X-Cart shop, cause only one X-Cart shop URL can access a FairAPI account. FairAPI account will connect to the X-Cart shop that was used to sign in to the FairAPI account (other domains will loose the access).

Once the trial period is over, you can subscribe to FairAPI Monthly or Annual plan. If you are doing it here, please use your FairAPI account email during the payment process. That will help us to process the payment and grant access immediately.
