The module adds Olark Live Chat to your website. But it's much more than simply a chat. Understand who’s on your website, see where your customers are and co-browse with them, chat with the visitors proactively, help them solve the concerns and see how your sales grow.
The information about logged in X-Cart customer is displayed automatically: email address, name, phone number. The anonymous visitor can specify his contact info before chatting, too. Current IP and location (based on geoIP service)is also available for your reference.
See all the browsing history of the customer: what pages were visited, what page is opened currently. See if their shopping cart is empty or full, and if there any products - what is the current cart subtotal.
