• Advanced customer info-automatically

  The information about logged in X-Cart customer is displayed automatically: email address, name, phone number. The anonymous visitor can specify his contact info before chatting, too. Current IP and location (based on geoIP service)is also available for your reference.

• Co-browse with your customer

  See all the browsing history of the customer: what pages were visited, what page is opened currently. See if their shopping cart is empty or full, and if there any products - what is the current cart subtotal.

• Chat proactively or wait for the customer to contact you
