The add-on eases the processing of order returns. Your customers are able to claim a return after the order is placed. In this case, you will see this claim in order return queue as well as on the order details page. Admin can approve or decline the request. In both cases, the customer will receive an appropriate email.

If you used X-RMA add-on in X-Cart 4, this add-on is its analogue for X-Cart 5.
