Price Match Request add-on allows customers to submit a request for price match based on competitor's product price. It allows customer to notify admin about lower pricing being offered on products by the competition. Admin can then make the decision whether to adjust pricing or not in order not to lose sales.

Key Features

• Find out who your competitors are and which other sites customers search for your products.
• Admin and customers are notified by email and admin can adjust what goes in which email notification.
• See and compare prices right within the request.
• Set notes for each request - private and visible to customers.
• Make chances to requests with or without emailing these changes to customers.
• Apply add-on to all products or selectively per product.
• Set auto-decline status and threshold for request.
• Set who can send price match request - all, registered customers and specific memberships.
• Set custom Terms & Conditions for the price match request.
• Allow customers to enter comments with the request.
• See which products and users have any price match requests assigned right in the products and users list pages.
• Customers can see all price match requests they have sent, their status and any notes admin posted for them.
