Products MAP Pricing [DEPRECATED] (not supported)

Products MAP pricing add-on allows stores to comply with products manufacturers Minimum Advertised Price policy by showing the MAP while at the same time allows for product to be purchased at a lower price. The add-on adds functionality to set MAP pricing on per product basis while at the same time admin and customers continue to work with actual product price.

• Set your own short message to appear instead of product price.
• Set MAP description to explain to customers why actual product price only shows in cart.
• Modify MAP per product on product modify and products list pages in admin.

• Store continues to work with the actual product price set in admin, MAP pricing is only visual representation as required by product manufacturer.
• Supports import/export for products and variants with the regular product import/export - the MAP pricing fields can be imported/exported.

• Works with Product Feeds add-on - exports MAP price set for products and variants.

* Note: This add-on has not been developed or tested with X-Cart 5 Multivendor version.

** Important Notice: As of January 2026, this add-on will no longer be actively maintained. Only critical bug fixes will be provided for X-Cart 5.5.1.x through June 2026. The add-on will not be updated for compatibility with any X-Cart versions beyond 5.5.1.x.
