Q1: Will this work when QuickBooks is closed? Answer: No. QuickBooks must be in open to ensure web connector can connect the current company and data is synchronized.
Q2: Does it work without web connector? Answer: No. QuickBooks desktop web connector must be installed in the computer where QuickBooks Enterprise is installed and running.
Q3: How does it work with our existing customers, products and orders in QuickBooks? Answer: If you want to synchronize the data first time (existing customers, orders & products) between QuickBooks and X-Cart, please contact the support team at sales@mercuryminds.com.
