Woopra provides with an analytics cloud service designed with tracking technology that automatically creates user profiles with all the details available. Profiles contain information about customer's behaviour across multiple channels including website, email, social, paid media, sales, technical support, video.

Woopra solution consits of 4 modules allowing to analyze how deeply customers are engaged:
