This app has been deprecated and no longer supported. For X-Cart 5 use X-Payments Cloud instead. For X-Cart 4 - the latest connector version is included in the latest X-Cart 4.x version out of the box. Earlier X-Cart 4 versions - download a connector module for your version here.

This add-on connects X-Cart with X-Payments v1.x-3.x, a PSD2/SCA ready & PCI Level 1 certified payment service for PCI compliant credit card processing in your shop.

Do not use this. It has constant issues and they are horrible at getting the issues fixed. We have payments go though but they orders are not created in cart. This has happened over 75 times. They say they fix it then is happens again and again. Today 2/2/2021 not one Credit Card order has gone though in 4 four days. The email I get is it looks to be working. It is not. Already had 7 calls in the first hour of being open. We have lost over 10K in sales just in the last 4 days.

Hi Mike,

It is sad to see your dissatisfaction with our service but that was a problem with resolving your domain name by the DNS servers (provided by Amazon), for some reason. We have switched to another DNS server (provided by Google).

I would recommend you contacting your hosting support, ask them to check all DNS records for your website.
