Follow these steps to integrate ChatBot with your X-Cart:

  1. Log in to your X-Cart administration panel. Then, go to Design > Customization.
  2. Click the Customize storefront button.
  3. From there, create an empty template file in the head section. Name it chatbot and press "Enter."
  4. Copy the Chat Widget installation code from your ChatBot application, and paste it into the chatbot template.
  5. All that is left is to click "Save."

And you’re good to go! From now on, ChatBot is added to your X-Cart store, and you can start chatting with your customers right away!
