As noted by another reviewer and also with a different version, ShipStation does not work wtih X-Cart 5.4.0.x. as indicated ShipStation is not willing to upgrade their module to be compatible with X-Cart 5.4.0.x, even though I am a paying customer for their service (its been months since our trouble ticket was submitted...terrible). ShipStation is unable to transmit tracking information back to X-Cart after creating the shipping label. As a result, tracking information has to now be manually copied and pasted back into each X-Cart order. Another customer NOT happy at all with ShipStation.

Thank you for your feedback! ShipStation is now compatible with both X-Cart 4 classic as well as X-Cart 5, up to 5.5.0.x at this time. We now also support Custom Statuses for X-Cart 5 stores.
