ShipStation does not work wtih X-Cart 5.3.6.0. ShipStation is not willing to upgrade their module to be compatible with X-Cart 5.3.6.0, even though I am a paying customer for their service. ShipStation is unable to transmit tracking information back to X-Cart after creating the shipping label. As a result, tracking information has to now be manually copied and pasted back into each X-Cart order. Not happy at all with ShipStation.

Thank you for your feedback! ShipStation is now compatible with both X-Cart 4 classic as well as X-Cart 5, up to 5.5.0.x at this time. We now also support Custom Statuses for X-Cart 5 stores.
