Partner Program

We had been in communication with this vendor since October 2020 regarding the problems we are facing with this program. They are not willing to help us. Poor communications with customer support. We are extremely disappointed with this vendor and X-Cart for the lack of support in resolving the issues. We scored 1 star since it is no option to give 0 stars to this vendor.

This add-on has been invaluable. I use it to pay for referrals and I could not operate without it. I even have to wait to update just to make sure I do not loose it.

I'm giving it a 5 star because support has always been great for me and every issue I have had has been addressed.

I have a few feature requests in and I'm sure eventually I'll see them cause the team is that good.

Poor user manual, poor communications with customer support. I have nothing good to say about this module and feel disappointed that xcart allows this level of module to be used in their cart system.
