We had been in communication with this vendor since October 2020 regarding the problems we are facing with this program. They are not willing to help us. Poor communications with customer support. We are extremely disappointed with this vendor and X-Cart for the lack of support in resolving the issues. We scored 1 star since it is no option to give 0 stars to this vendor.
