I work with Mercuryminds for several years now. The reason i work with them is that they have a fast response and they are flexible. I work with then on a daily basis and emergency issues are taken serius by the support team. Give them a change, they are worth it. Thumbs up and thank you for being a good business partner for more then 6 years now.

I am giving one star to this company because there is no option for a zero star.
I contacted this company after reading raving reviews about the quality of their support and level of professionalism but I experienced exactly the opposite.
Specifically, I engaged them to help with store set-up and customization of the shipping and look and feel (Theme) in August 2017. As at this time of writing this reviews, The shipping is still outstanding and the banner system is still a mess.
They never agree to pick my calls and would rather send me whats-app chats. Its a back and forth that had no end.
I hardly write any kind of reviews but it is a moral on me to help someone out there by telling the truth.
Please if you don't want to end up regretting buying your x-cart license, then you must run from contacting this company for support.

The above is my very sincere and humble advice

We contacted Mercury Minds to build a multi-store solution using the X-Cart platform. We wanted many features that do not currently exist and customization to several standard features as well. We were impressed with the professionalism from the initial consultation. Our project manager, Dongan, listened to our requirements, asked the right questions, and proposed a solution that will meet our current and future needs.

The development team worked quickly and communicated effectively through the use of their project management portal. If a feature did not work quite right, they were open to our feedback and suggestions and made sure we were completely satisfied.

I have been using X-Cart for 15 years and have contracted a number of developers during that time. My experience with Mercury Minds is among the best. The quality of their work is excellent and we are thrilled with the end product. It has been a few months since our site launched and I am already discussing my next project with them.

I have worked with MM for over 4 years. We started of with a simple web redesign project, which was so successful, that we integrated our entire business around their services. We now use them for all our company websites and marketing. Customer emails are answered by their team, inventory is fully managed, marketing which includes social media and blogs, feed API, server admin and so much more. Almost forgot to mention mobile APPs too!
We presently have a dedicated team at MM for our websites, and they do a fantastic job. Not had the chance to tell them that, so I will take the opportunity to thank them here!
MM provides us with a project management system which really helps with communication and ensuring targets are met. When targets are not, they will release resources from other projects to ensure the work is complete asap.
To end this super long review, I wanted to stress that the reason why I chose them to other companies ... is the flexibility they possess to adapt to your business. And they are a friendly team to say the least. Thanks MM.
