Accepted work to integrate my back-end accounting system to X-cart with some custom design work to include quotes, and payment on multiple invoices. There have been challenges throughout the process on both sides but they are very committed to communicating towards finding a solution.

I requested for a custom look for a printable catalog. After a couple of people answered my plea, I decided upon using BCSE.

I am sooooooo glad that I did.

Their level of professionalism was second to none. I had a few issues with my hosting setup and Nick was very kind as to get this thing knocked out and running smoothly.

I have had the pleasure of working with BCS Engineering since the end of March / early April 2016. My business operates an e-store using the X-Cart.com V5.2 platform. BCS brought my e-store online and over the months has addressed hiccups I have had with it or my Wordpress informational website. I personally do not have any computer coding- nor website design experience. I especially appreciate BCS Engineering staffs' professionalism and their ability to answer questions I have had in layman's terms with context to help me understand my own website- and e-store issues. I've been very pleased with the work they have done on my behalf.

A truly horrible company. I will give you the facts and you can decide for yourself.
We were given a date that they would begin working on our site. When that date came, they did not contact us. I emailed them asking if they had begun work. The did not reply until ONE WEEK LATER stating that another client had an "emergency" and that that was why they were behind a week getting to us.

The following week when they supposedly were to begin work, again no contact from them. I email with no response. After another FULL WEEK WITHOUT A REPLY they respond and say that the login information we gave them wasn't correct.

Work is finally being worked on, again I am emailing them asking the status of things and getting no replies back. They are emailing once a week.
Once work is complete we are not happy with it and ask them to please alter an aspect of the job. They say that can schedule to do this 3 weeks later! Unless we want to pay the accelerate rate of $150/hour.

I ask them how many hours they predict it will take to do at the higher rate just so we can get it done faster than waiting 3 weeks. They predict the total will be between $3,000 - $5,000 on top of what we have already paid.

I call another company who says they can begin work immediately and that total cost will be $850 - $1,400. I immediately drop BCS and use the other company who has worked quickly and emailed me half a dozen times EACH DAY.

Very professional organization! The small x-cart custom coding job I requested was completed on time and within budget. And amazingly didn\'t require any tweaking after implementation. Greatly appreciated.

BCSE is knowledgeable and professional. As long as you are OK communicating through e-mail only, you should feel comfortable entrusting them with your project. I have purchased several of their mods over the years and they are one company I can think of that has been around and working with x-cart for as long as I have been using x-cart ( since the early 2000\'s ).

BCSE was the solution to our problem. We had an out-of-date website and shopping cart and wanted to upgrade. The bids we received were extremely costly. Most wanted to do a complete revamp. BCSE was able to take our existing site which was already on an old version of X-Cart, hand off some of the prework to us so we could reduce the expense, and create an aesthetic, contemporary, tablet and mobile-friendly site that takes us into the current century. There work was exemplary and at a reduced cost from all the other bids we received. Hence, the 5-star rating.

The BCSE products are really the only place to turn to when looking for ready to go X-Cart mods. We have used several of their mods for years now and for the most part they work very well. The Customer Rewards Program for example has been a staple in our business, and we rely on it heavily.

As far as customer support, we have seen big improvements in turnaround time over the 3 year relationship. Recently their support team got us out of a critical, time sensitive jam quickly and efficiently - not to mention it was basically over a holiday weekend. Support like we experienced this time around goes a long way and is incredibly valuable to a business owner. If BCSE continues to provide this type of fast and productive support - we will never leave. They should be proud of how their team has grown and evolved - the #1 place on the internet for x-cart modifications and customization.

Great service and exceptional work ethics. Easy to work with. Highly dependable and trustworthy. Knowing they have and will be there when we need them makes a true gem in an industry where dependability is not always a common trait.
